Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal at Dream Bingo is C$20.
- Players are not allowed to withdraw money within 14 days of making an initial deposit. If a player has won money with promotional money but has not made a deposit they are not allowed to withdrawal.
- Withdrawals are free as long as this does not exceed one withdrawal per seven days.
- Withdrawals of C$500 or more may be subject to a longer processing period. The total monthly withdrawal amount is C$2,500.
- Before players are allowed to make a withdrawal they must first meet wagering requirements. Wagering requirements are defined as follows: 2 x the total balance in account (cash + bonus money) following first deposit to be wagered on bingo.
- Dream Bingo reserves the right to request details from players to be used in promotional activities when they withdraw. The management also reserves the right to withhold any winnings until the player provides a testimonial and a photo for the website.
- Payment may be withheld if the management believes that the relevant player has provided any false or misleading information.
- Dream Bingo reserve the right to deny a withdrawal made by a player if the player in question has not funded their account prior to 30 days before their win. This includes any winnings from promotional bonus such as bingo bonus money.
- Withdrawals may be withheld by Dream Bingo if proof is required of the player’s identity. Dream Bingo reserve the right to request further documentation to prove the identity of the player.
- All Bingo Bonus Money will be forfeited when a player makes a withdrawal.
- All Casino Bonus Money will be forfeited when a player makes a withdrawal.
- Wager Definition. A wager is defined by using the following example: if a player spends C$10 of cash in a game of bingo, regardless of whether the player wins or loses, this will count as C$10 wagered.
- Withdrawal requests will be rejected until the player has satisfied the wagering requirements.
- All payment rules are subject to change from time to time and the management reserves the right to change these rules without notice.
