Verify Me - Identity Checks
At Dream Bingo we take all kinds of illegal activity extremely seriously and take the strongest measures available to prevent it. We are dedicated to stopping minors under the age of 18 playing and have implemented the ‘VerifyMe’ fraud protection system which performs secure ID database checks and internet-based signatures to verify the age of every new gamer.

Protection of Minors
Dream Bingo wishes to stress the importance of parents preventing minors from participating in illegal underage gambling and the potential for these individuals to develop a gambling dependency. We urge parents to consider using filtering software which will prevent minors from having access to Dream Bingo and other gambling sites. Please click here to register with a filtering company.
Tips for Parents:
• When you have finished playing always shut down gaming software on your computer
• Always add a password to your casino access
• Never let minors gamble
• Always keep your password details for your bingo account and credit and debit cards safe and confidential
• Always memorize your passwords instead of saving them on your computer
• Consider blocking software for your computer and limit your children’s access to the internet
Other Important Tips:
• Do not be persuaded to gamble by anyone else – it’s up to you.
• Before you play set a budget for each session and stick to it
• Never play if:
* You are under the legal age for gambling
* It prevents you from completing any of your responsibilities
* You have previously suffered for any dependency
* You have consumed alcohol or any other substance
* You are trying to make up for previous losses which have occurred
* You are trying to win back any debt you have with your winnings

Self Exclusion
If you feel that you have developed a gambling problem Dream Bingo allows you to exclude yourself for a period set by you. Please note the minimum time of exclusion is six months. Players can also set a maximum deposit limit (per day, week or month). To discuss any of these issues please contact support by clicking here. Please also note that to remove deposit limits may take up to 48 hours.
Cooling Off Period
Should you wish to temporarily exclude yourself from our bingo room, please contact support directly and state exactly how long you want to be excluded for. Please note: the minimum ‘Cooling Off’ period is 24 hours and the maximum period is 6 months.
