Privacy Policy for Users of Dream Bingo
Introduction
When players use the Dream Bingo website (or interact with the website in any other means) they will be asked to provide us with personal identifiable information (‘PII’).
This privacy policy outlines how Dream Bingo collects, uses and safeguards your PII in regards to how we offer players our services.
Personal Identifiable Information Collection
When players register at Dream Bingo we collect your PII and use this when you make any inquiries, register to receive further information from us or get information through any other means. The PII can include, amongst other things, the player’s name, email address, home address, phone number, payment information, date of birth and any other information which has been collected on registration or through any other means.
Why do we collect PII?
We do this for a number of reasons which include (i) to allow us to provide players with our services, (ii) process player requests for requested information, (iii) provide support to our players, (iv) market the services and products of Dream Bingo or of the other entities within the Palace Group of casinos, poker rooms or third parties, (v) advise our players about software updates, (vi) support any purpose which Dream Bingo will advise our players on at the time at which you have given the PII to us, and (vii) to conduct any necessary research, auditing and analysis.
Which parties will your information be disclosed to?
Player PII can be disclosed for processing purposes to any of the following persons or entities: (i) any other companies within our group and their employees who may need to know this information, (ii) any auditors, contractors or any other advisors who are auditing any of the companies in the group, (iii) any payment processors who will assist us in making and receiving payments to and from you, and (iv) our licensing authority. Any processing of information which is performed by the aforementioned person or entities will, if it is required by law, be governed by an agreement which protects the player’s PII.
Communications to players
Dream Bingo allows players to opt in and out of receiving all communications from us as and when we receive this information. If players do wish to do this they can request so by emailing us or writing to our address.
Player rights in relation to their PII
Players are able to write to Dream Bingo at any time to obtain a copy of their PII and request to amend any of the details within it.
Security
We take security extremely seriously at Dream Bingo and have implemented a series of policies, rules and technical measures which are designed to protect and safeguard all the PII which is under our control from improper use or disclosure, unauthorized access, unauthorized modification in any form, unlawful destruction and accidental loss.
Cookies
Dream Bingo (and / or other third parties whom we allow to do so, for example third-party advertisers) uses a range of cookies and other technological measures to enhance the online experience for players and to learn more about how they use our services. Players are not obliged to accept any cookies from Dream Bingo or from any other website, but please note that cookies do not attach to your system or damage files. If you would not like use to collect information through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most common browsers which allows players to deny or accept cookies. Please note, however, that any ‘personalized’ services may be affected if the cookie option is disabled. For legitimate security reasons we may find it necessary to refuse access to certain web content unless the player accepts the use of a cookie or a similar device.
International Transfer
As Dream Bingo operates internationally, we may find it necessary to transfer player PII to other companies within the Palace Group or to other parties with whom we have contacted for services which will assist us in providing services to our players. These parties may on some occasions be outside of the European Union and the data protection laws of these countries may not be as comprehensive as those within it. If a player chooses to provide us with their PII, you therefore expressly consent to us transferring that information to, and storing it on, servers which are located outside of the European Union. In these circumstances we will transfer and store this information in a safe, secure and confidential environment.
Retention
Player PII will not be stored by us for any period which is longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
