Please make sure to describe the problem you are having in as much detail as possible noting when the problem began, the game which you were playing and include a screenshot if possible. It is very important to include your name, nickname and email address on the email.
The software we use remembers each ticket for every game that is played so even if you are disconnected your tickets play as normal and winnings will be credited to your account.
