Credit Cards

Players have the option of using several different credit cards at Dream Bingo with the most popular being Visa and Mastercard. Players can also use debit cards and there is a separate section for this which you can see by clicking here. If you would like to deposit with a credit card but don’t want to register your details online then our support agents can do this for you over the telephone.

All players have a deposit limit of C$2,500 set for each card they register and the amount players are able to deposit is refreshed twice a week. The maximum individual deposit is C$500 and C$1,500 in a single day. The credit card amounts are refreshed twice a week on Tuesday and Friday at 18:00 (EST).

Please note that all banking transactions are processed by Eproc Ltd, Mezzanine West, Hadfield House, Library Street, Gibraltar. Players should also be aware that after a transaction has been made your statement will contain a bill from www.proccyber.com, www.iprocsa.com, www.thepalacegroup.com or www.strongmare.com.

We do advise all our players that they print out a copy of every transaction they make which will make it easier to resolve any issues should they arise.
